Josh and Jimmy with Lifeline Inspections are absolutely incredible. I use them for pretty much all of my inspections and recommend them constantly to my clients. Honestly, I would trust them on my own personal home without hesitation.
They’ve inspected everything from modular homes, historic homes, luxury properties, and new construction, and they are extremely knowledgeable across the board. They are thorough, professional, honest, and always take the time to explain things clearly to clients without causing unnecessary panic.
Beyond being amazing inspectors, they’re just genuinely good people. They’re respectful of homes, great with animals, and even stopped to safely help an owl during one of our inspections 🦉

Scheduling the inspection was easy. I called later in the day towards close is business and they still answered. The service rep reached out to the listing agent to confirm details on the house. Inspection was scheduled quickly, and the inspection report was provided quickly. I’d recommend them for any inspections.
