I received a very detailed report when buying my most recent home. I will say that this is probably the most detailed and thorough inspection that I’ve ever had completed and I was very impressed. The quality of the photos in the report was very clear and the report was provided in PDF format on my portal the following day. Also, after the inspector went over all of his concerns on site the day of the inspection, he called me the fool loitering day to confirm that I was able to read and interpret what was said in the report. Lastly, get me also say that I see a lot of inspections in my line of work, (insurance) but this still ranks in the very top 5% of all that I’ve seen in the last 13 years!
I would highly recommend this company for the quality work they do, the professionalism they show, and the amazing customer service they provide.
