Does the inspector belong to industry organizations?

Various associations in the home inspection industry promote professionalism.  It is recommended that you choose an inspector who holds a membership in an organization such as ASHI or the applicable state-required organizations.

Will the inspector be available after the inspection?

Your inspector should be available to assist you even after the home inspection.  This enables you to ask questions that you may have not had during the inspection.  Our website will provide you opportunity to ask questions for as long as you need us.

Is the fee too high?  Too low?

Although price is usually a consideration, it should not be the primary factor in determining which home inspection company to use.  The $25, $50, or $100 to hire the “right” inspection company is minimal compared to the thousands it could cost you by hiring the “wrong” inspection company.
