Every home inspector knows that experience is not the only way to become a good inspector. In order for a home inspector to truly be able to thorough migrate through a home he or she must be able to map their way through it. However, before anything can happen the inspector my create a routine and order to the operation. This course will look at a proven method of introducing the home inspection to all parties present, set the stage of the home inspection and then discuss how to conclude the process. It is only through a strict system or procedures will the home inspector be able to complete the inspection and limit the opportunities for failure. This course will also look at the differences between one home inspector and another. We all offer a unique perspective and our experiences great a different dynamic to our clients. It is these differences which create the bias in which we inspect from.
